Flew this last week as well and the food/bev was as expected for AA.

That being said, the new PE seats are not great.

I had a window and it felt very, very cramped (I’ll note here I’m not a passenger of size). The IFE remote gets hot, is partially below the seat cushion when stowed and gets triggered by anything touching it. My movies kept bouncing around.

The new cup holder in front of the seats takes up an awkward amount of space making it difficult to get out. Also, who gets the top vs bottom? The bottom is impossible to reach if the tray is out.

Mobility of the new tray is weird. Maybe I just need to get used to it.

USB-C, wireless charging, Bluetooth and snappier IFE are all welcome changes.
