Yes, with the exception of the crew being unfamiliar with the aircraft, all of the above are pretty typical of the AA premium economy experience. There is never a welcome drink and the drinks during the flight are the same as economy class, where all drinks get a plastic cup and wine comes from a box. The main meal is slightly differentiated (not by much) but other than that what you're really paying for is the slightly larger seat.
