Stayed at this hotel in September using points. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were upgraded to a junior suite. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. AC had a hard time keeping up but it was manageable. Lounge was small and crowded but nice selection of hors d'oeuvres and drinks (beers and wines). Location was great, short walk to many city attractions. We enjoyed our stay.
