Completed the Japan Trusted Traveler Program today at HND. The initial process was completed months and months ago. The 4000 Yen revenue stamp was acquired via a post office. I am staying at a hotel minutes from Shinagawa Station and the convenience stores were not interested in revenue stamps. The immigration office at HND Terminal 3 before security was without issue. I have both the qualifying credit card and USA Global Entry and the staff were interested in the Global Entry card but not the credit card. The staff scanned the two index fingers and took a picture and collected the revenue stamp. The instructions handed to me end of process are attached.
