I didn't receive an email but just found out my account is eligible today after checking Your Offers on my Hilton profile.

Here are the terms and conditions for the CRM triple points offer:

This offer is only valid and exclusive to select members and is not transferable. To be eligible for this offer from Hilton Honors, a member (1) must have received this offer directly from Hilton Honors, and (2) register to participate using the same e-mail address associated with the promotional invitation by December 31, 2025. Offer valid for one stay completed between September 10, 2025, and December 31, 2025 (“promotion period”) at any hotel or resort within the Hilton Portfolio. Hilton Honors™ members must first register at HiltonHonors.com/CRMTriplePoints before completing a stay within the promotion period. Registered Hilton Honors members checking in before September 10, 2025, will receive Bonus Points for their stay if the stay is completed on or after September 10, 2025, and prior to or on December 31, 2025. Registered Hilton Honors members will earn Triple Points per stay during the promotion period. “Triple Points” means members will receive Bonus Points equal to twice the number of Base Points earned during a stay. There is no limit to the total amount of Bonus Points that may be earned during the Promotion Period with this offer. However, there are restrictions on the number of Base Points that can be earned per stay at certain brands. For examples and further details, please see the FAQ page.
