Chili Shrimp & Black Rice (grilled chili-marinated shrimp over a rich black rice risotto with fava beans and tomatoes, finished with a lime butter sauce)


Salt & Straw "Pumpkin Spiced Latte Cake" ice cream, served as its own course much later in the flight. Rock hard, but very tasty.
