They may have fixed the double pay, and you will find out next week when you check in. If they have not fixed it, the front desk will tell you that you will be charged $50 resort fee per day discounted from $55 because WIFI is included in EDIT stay. If they have fixed it then they should tell you the room and everything are prepaid.

All the older DPs said Bellagio will charge you the resort fee at check in and won't budge on waiving it, but there maybe newer ones that I have not read where they fixed it. I did book Bellagio and put in my MGM reservation number into MGM website to see the balance on the bill and it shows $0 balance so that looks promising. You can do the same as well just to check the MGM got your reservation (room type, date, balance, etc..). But I ended up cancelling that reservation because reading way too many DPs on reddit saying that Bellagio double charge resort fees. I switch to MGM Grand because ALL the DPs on MGM Grand EDIT stays say that Resort Fee is not charged. There are also a few saying that Aria now does not double charge resort fee if anyone is interested.

BTW, I don't know if they fixed it or not, if you enter your MGM reservation number into your MGM account add to trip, you can get the folio from MGM at the end of your stay and it will show how much Chase Travel paid for the room and how much money Chase Travel made.
