I think with physical addresses and locations borderline irrelevant the days of regional variants for global affinity programs are over. Back in the day BA had reduced qualification requirements for residents of continental Europe eg ex UK. So- for 10 years I had an account domiciled in Belgium, then Finland, then the Netherlands. All while living in NY, and London
