They are being unusually generous with the stacking recently: 2x AA miles + $10 BOGO + 5% Paypal + 1.5% Citi. I approve.
... I have a total of 4560 points pending on Paypal (who knows if they will turn to cash), and I have not been receiving any of the CITI 1.5%, so I guess YMMV.
