I made a BA booking that departs from Lisbon, everything on the official website was working fine. Went on BA's website today and found the following messages:
1. It's not possible to make changes to your booking online. To do this, please call us on

2. We are currently unable to display the Avios and Tier points you could collect on this booking.
I am only taking hand luggage, hence my intentions were to get through immigration, a few hours earlier, and then head straight to the lounge. My question is can I still check in online, due to this message, or now forced to see a check-in agent?. Got the exact same message when trying to change my seats on a CW flight in January, strange…
