Had the salmon as pictured by CKBA on the way out to Riga yesterday, and it was really jolly tasty. Nice and flaky texture and some strong flavours all round. And well cooked.

And having laughed at the strawberry salad here before… I didn’t mind it. The courgette was doing nothing (as is usual), but strawberry and chilli rather worked.
