I take it very regularly to my trips EWR-CDG-EWR.

Air France has moved its daily flight completely to the Terminal B Jetty 3 (Gates B60 thru B68), the same as Lufthansa, SAS and Spirit Airlines. Things will stay like this going forward because Air France will take over the SAS Lounge as soon as the lease is over and renovate it into an Air France Lounge.

They do have AF staff (at least a couple, including the Station Chief – Cheffe d'Escale), but rely otherwise on third parties / contracted staff.

Check-in is OK, nothing amazing but nothing bad. It is done at Level 2. There is a SkyPriority section.

TSA is ok, especially if you have TSA PreCheck. They have the new scanners, so no need to take your liquids out nor your laptop.

Like I wrote, you use provisionally the SAS Lounge... it is... OK. Not impressed.

Boarding: it improved recently with clear lanes for Zone 1, Zone 2 etc... Better than at AF home base Paris CDG where Zone 1 and 2 are commingled together.
