Absolute shortest walking distance, though, already mentioned, is the Radisson Hotel (18118 International Blvd, Seattle, WA 98188). It's next to the 13 Coins SeaTac restaurant, which also isn't terrible.
The Coast doesn't require crossing any major streets (or using the bridge to/from the rail station). Just walk down the ramp past the A pier, and voila, pretty much there. Sharp's has been decent - albeit it has been quite some time since my last visit, but I have visited several times.
