AA Premium Economy on the new 787-9P

Hi,
I have just had the experience of flying DFW-LHR on the new configured 787-9P last week (I think it may have been the inaugural flight on this route). It was through a BA booking/Codeshare
It was nothing short of shocking.
No Pre-flight service (welcome drink etc)
No pre-dinner drink / snack
Wine was in a plastic cup and came from a CARTON!! - Our award winning wines says the website - I don't think I've ever heard of a boxed wine winning an award
Barely warm meal with a frozen bread roll
Cold eggs for breakfast.
Staff that had no clue what they were doing and they actually announced on the intercom that it was a newly configured aircraft and to "bear with us" as the team were not familiar with the layout.

I specifically chose this flight as I knew it was going to be on the new 787-9P, I wish I had stuck with the British Airways flight originally offered - but thought I'd give the new AA a try. What a disappointment.

Has anyone else had a similar experience ??
