Enterprise Plus uses a fixed “status year” that ends on 28/29 February, and they re-set tiers once a year in late February. So when you earn Silver during 2025, your account will show “current tier until 28/02/2026” (the end of the current status year). Then, based on your 2025 activity, they decide what you keep for the next cycle.

Late February each year, they adjust tiers up/down based on the prior calendar year. When you newly qualify mid-year, you keep that tier through the end of the current status year (Feb) plus the entire next program year.

In short, you should see the expiration change to 28/2/2027 eventually (probably in early March).
