So far, where EES is active, it seems quite slick. I ran into it in Düsseldorf pre go live and used a machine and it was all very easy. I’ve seen lots of unused machines in places like Madrid.

I’ve not formally done EES though. It’s a far wider question than BA so possibly off topic?
