I'm looking to booking the following:

Outbound: U.S. City A -> Europe City B
Return: Europe City C -> U.S. City D

This isn't bookable on SAS's website as they only do "Multi-Journey" (same AAA -> BBB, CCC -> AAA). I called and spoke to an SAS rep who said they wouldn't book my itinerary because it was a "double open-jaw". Is this a case of HUCA, or is that SAS policy, in which case I'll be forced to book using an OTA (which will accurately price my itinerary).
