A bit of an odd one:
Claiming compensation for a delayed flight flown yesterday. Go to fill out the ba online compensation form and enter the booking ref - it says a claim has already been logged. Of course, I can't look at what has been submitted since I don't have a claim reference since I didn't put in a claim... .
