That's just cruel. A bit like HEL-CDG, just short of zone 3... But there's always Lombardy and Southern Switzerland through LIN/MXP.

Well, in fact I did just that in May. Very good price (for CX), with no need for separate positioning flights, ticketed by CX. I wouldn't possibly decline a re-run if a nice deal comes along.
