If folks want to pay more for better services , does that mean feeling superior ? What logic is this? If someone pays for 1st class, is that feeling superior ? Reinforces my statement that WN is making changes that were long overdue. Last I checked, airlines are not a charity and folks can fly who they want. Personally, I believe WN is still the best domestic option if you are in Texas, so if folks want to pay more for more services, whats wrong in that ? Someone does not want to pay for seats, fine - they will be assigned one. Just dont get upset if they are assigned a back middle row. Same with carry on bags. Not sure what this superior feeling is all about ?
WN absolutely needed a course correction and the paying public has spoken. Simple as that. Competition is the life line against monopolies and I hope the other 3 big US airlines ontinue to evolve and adapt and improve as well. Win win for consumers.
