Just my luck: after checking said hand luggage referred to above for my return trip, the locking mechanism was damaged and I can't open my bag now. Filed a damage claim with LH but I'm travelling again (not with LH) on short notice — I'm assuming the damage claim will take a while to process? What's the usual turnaround on these reports with Dolfi? (Given I will have to access my belongings for my imminent trip, I'm going to have to break into the bag by hook or by crook, so everything has been documented in photos and videos before I tear that bag apart.)
