BNE-SFO yesterday (or today? tomorrow? Hard to tell when crossing the international date line!). IFE system apparently wasn't working for some passengers, so they tried restarting it about an hour into the flight - which subsequently killed IFE, Internet access and power to the seats for the entire plane. They tried resetting it a few extra times before giving up.

Email before landing pointing to UnitedCares, which originally offered me (1K in upgraded Polaris) a "$0 E-cert". Went back in again now, and it's now showing $50 or 2500 miles which feels like far too little for >12 hours with no IFE, Internet or power!
