Lounge purchase only offered one-way?
SFO-YUL I was offered to buy a lounge pass for SFO on the departure, but I was not offered one for YUL.
I gave up trying to call customer service after over an hour. I asked at SFO at both the check-in counter and on entry to the lounge. I asked again at check-in at YUL and nobody knows and nobody seemed interested in finding out why, just repeating the line that passes are only offered at time of purchase.
So, to the experts here: do you know why I wasn’t offered a YUL lounge pass? Is it the transborder terminal in particular, some glitch in the system, or some other restriction that isn’t readily apparent?
