After receiving a response that they are investigating and will get back to me within 5 to 7 business days they did grant the 10% back on the larger charge but it was too much time wasted and too many hoops to jump through to get something that should have been automated.

Last year I stayed at a HI for the first time in many years and it felt like I had used a time machine to visit the 1980s
I also saw a 10% off Kimpton up to $62 (min spend $100) - that should be more up to speed than going back 40+ years in a time warp
