I booked a seat in Hawaiian Airlines business from SEA to ICN for my father in business using Atmos points on Alaska's site.
On Alaska's site, everything shows correctly, saying he's in Business. However, when I pull up the reservation on Hawaiian's site, it says he's in Main Cabin:
He is showing as seated in 1J, a business class seat. Weirder still, if I pull up the seat map on Hawaiian's site, it shows him in 1J, but with every single other J seat blocked off:

And if I scroll down, I can see that all the Main Cabin seats are selectable, with the site even trying to upsell me on a Preferred Seat:
I reached out to Alsaka and their customer service said everything is normal and he's in 1J, but should I be concerned? Is he going to have trouble checking extra bags and accessing the lounge? This is the type of thing I wouldn't be too afraid to handle at the airport myself but the whole point of splurging for business was that I'd rather not subject my parents to this whole ordeal.
