Sometimes I don’t, because I spend more time in the lounge etc.

Sometimes I try to use it and there’s just an epic fail, like at MIA today. It just wastes everyone’s time.

As another poster mentioned, they close off the tensa barriers in a daft way which overcrowds the area. In the past it’s been ok as G0, being allowed in via a side entrance and with the G1s also politely lined up, but today nada. I got sent packing to the back of the g1-3 queue. Meaning they then waited a while for any G0 they knew they had (me, if there were others they weren’t there), before moving on to G1. And not deliberately on my part, the chap I’d earlier shown by g0 pass to was looking right at me!

Naturally there were some G2/3/9/whatever folks in the 1-3 line so as I eventually walked through with the G1s I asked a few of them to join me as guests just to prove a point. I don’t know what the point was but I think it was a collective sigh.

The lack of organisation is insane. Just like the new lounge which is fabulous except for putting Concorde dining off a corridor by the loos.

I promise I was (and am) perfectly nice, I’m writing this with a little dramatic effect.
