Lovely big Iberia and BA logo behind the desk. And asking them to print a BA boarding pass was like asking for the impossible.
Same at the Iberia lounge front desk.
You really do wonder if they're partners under IAG sometimes.
Out of interest, what is the solution so as to secure a physical Boarding Pass?
Are there machines somewhere near?
Do you really need to have it printed out prior to the long-haul flight?
Is it a case of having to have the BA App and no physical bp?
