How recent is recent? If it is quite recent, QR might not be able to see that. I had to go back and forth once with the supervisor at AUH about two years ago soon after the new terminal opened and when I just made Silver, and when they queried the status it was still reflecting Ruby (Bronze) instead of Sapphire (Silver) on their end.
