If you booked a few days ago, you should have received an email with the e-Ticket. WOuld have been good to immediately selected a seat.

You can check if overbooking by looking at ExpertFlyer or try to make a new booking on the AF website.

I looked on EF at 10-15 November, and only 14 has a rather full load in J.
