First time using NUAs at a Ritz-Carlton property last week and they cleared into the requested Executive Suite (highest category available to choose) at the Al Bustan Palace in Muscat. The notification came three days before check-in as expected but saw that the suite had already been confirmed in the app even earlier, so positively surprised with this one but might be very property-specific as they’re going above and beyond on other benefits as well.
