How much did weather play into the ATL issues today? Looks like close to 100 cancellations for this evening didn’t go in until this afternoon.

DL mainline cancelation rate today, not counting the regional flights, was at 8%, much higher than UA and AA, which makes me think an unusual circumstance like weather played a role in it, especially with 20% of ATL flights canceled today, well above the 4-5% required cancellation rate.

If it was weather, then that bodes well for tomorrow and Monday, when weather should be better.
