this question was asked above and there are 2 replies. The first says all to the main cardholder. The second reply says that you can choose.
Which is it?? And does this vary by the bank/card issuer??
My reading of it is it goes to the main cardholder when the account is in one name, but you can choose who it goes to if it's a joint account.
