Functionality is definitely decreasing.

Booked two JL tickets a while back. Neither had any change functionality from day one.

When the Azure outage happened, tried playing around with the limited functionality site that showed up. It offered changes on one booking (though no alt flight options showing perhaps due to the outage), and the other gave a message saying multi-city bookings are not eligible for online changes.

I have 2 other bookings with JX. One is a multi city which is allowing online changes and the other is a normal one-way which is not.

The already limited functionality prior to this was one thing, but further degrading self-service options combined with all the new reservations staff who seem to be unable to handle (or maybe aren't trained to make) simple changes has me wanting to burn through what I have and stop earning.
