I doubt Monday will be as bad. ATC staffing is done on seniority system. Saturday evenings / nights are likely not high on bid lists - so Saturday is filled with junior people. Junior people get paid less, likely have fewer accumulated assets, and are most likely going to need to work second jobs to make ends meet.

Monday is likely to be staffed by more senior controllers who may be less likely to call out.

But I guess we'll find out Monday!
