Recently on my FB group some people made a lot of noise that they were denied entry when travelling CNX-KUL-LHR in J with the first sector arriving round 16:30 and the MH4 departing around 09:30 the morning. I have strongly suggested that they make the rules clear and also clarify the issue regarding accessing the international lounge when transiting overnight to domestic. Sadly they are now ignoring my requests for an update.
Honestly, this is seriously ridiculous, on OW’s part and MH’s now they removed the arrivals access that they used to offer (which offered a solution in this scenario).
If you are in transit on a single ticket, you should be given access. Why are people being impacted if that’s the ticket MH is able to sell them? They’re not expected to enter KUL / Malaysia, after all, they’re known to be transit passengers…
