Yes, I got both confirmation email and ticket number. They said they did not properly re-issue the ticket in time so it got cancelled automatically. Really ridiculous in my opinion. They said they will try to ask TG to open a slot but no guarantee

there is no such thing as in-valid re-ticketing. It was either re-issued or it was not. If you have a new ticket number with that flight then you have a valid booking. Clearly a problem that M&M needs to fix
