Thank you and I am following through with a complaint about staff as those two ladies do not fit with my experience as to what AS expects. My day that day was very rough and I was eagerly awaiting a comfortable chair, some beverage and some sustenance in a welcoming environment which is what I've come to expect from an AS lounge over the close to 40 years I've flown domestic pretty exclusively in AS F and mostly paid, not miles, etc. It's past and done but not forgotten and won't be until AS decide to speak with nme about this service failure that left an elder sitting for hours at an unused gate with no power, no way to get to a shop or restaurant for some water and food or to a toilet. AS has its defenders regardless of what they do and I'm usually one of them but not this time. No need to go on about this. I'll follow through and, if it seems to provide answers for folks here, will post what AS offers. Thanks!
