I believe the airside transit facility only works for TK arrivals (and even then probably not from SIN). You will definitely go through security but I don't see a reason why you'd need to clear immigration unless you can't do OLCI for TK (in that case you'd likely need to access TK check-in). In all other cases, just follow transfer signs.

This is somewhat random. Does your trip originate at SIN or an outstation?
