So I have a trip coming up that is a) BA ticketed b) A mixture of BA, QF and QR metal and c) I am on BA flight numbers on all segments.

I am reading this to mean that the tier points will be calculated on spend on all legs not just those on BA metal - is that correct?
On your ticket, you have ba flight numbers on your qr and qf flights. So this is ba marketed

Ba selling the ticket is not enough, you need the ba flight number
