I fly almost exclusively in aisle seats and I am never “disturbed” when I need to get up to accommodate a fellow passenger. In fact it is good to get up and stretch as much as possible.
that said one reason I prefer the aisle is that I don’t want to have to ask anyone to get up for me and then wait.
