D1 Korean Meal (Black Pepper Beef)

Finally getting around to posting last week’s Korean Meal I had. Very good! Always enjoy the Korean Meals on DL. The soup was outstanding and had a nice kick with lots of chilis. The banchan was tasty as well. And again, spicy! (Which I love). The blistered peppers were my favorite. The main entree of black pepper braised beef was a tad dry, but when dipped into the soup rehydrated nicely.

Standard D1 sundae for dessert. Did not think to ask for port and enjoyed another glass of Tattinger instead.

Pre-arrival meal was a Korean pork and rice - tasted better than it looked! Lots of flavor.

Service was great and I would say a tad above average in D1. Most folks (including myself) were awake a large portion of the flight and they were very attentive.

Flying the return tomorrow so hoping it’s just as nice.
