Wouldn’t it be refreshing if, instead of the email spam they send out, marketing could write to those of us that fly to MAN regularly and tell us what the medium term plan was, when, if it does involve the D Gates, it is going to change and what efforts they’ve made with Manchester to minimise the inconvenience for arrivals in the meantime. It’s just bizarre when passengers are telling the crew what the arrangements are and when there is so much rumour but no clarification.
