I wonder if the offer to extend by cash is limited to certain members only? I did receive an email about not meeting the criteria to renew SEN but I didn't come with the cash option. Is it worth contacting them asking for the cash offer? This is how the email I got looks:

If you achieve the required 2,000 Points and 1,000 Qualifying Points by 31.12.2025, your status will automatically be renewed until the end of February 2027.
If you’re unable to renew your Senator status this year, it will expire on 28.2.2026. You’ll then be awarded Frequent Traveller status.
