Trying to order some Duty Free for at seat delivery.

Go onto the website, choose the flight number, then the date, and I just get a spinning wheel. Message in the background says "This flight does not exist." Tried on multiple browsers. Even if I put in a different flight number and different date I get the same problem.

Does anyone have any thoughts!?
