I really wouldn't worry about it. To be honest, trying to get clarification from anyone at QR will probably piss you off more - that is unless you can find the person who helped you via Twitter who seems to have at least a little bit of common sense. The underlying fare basis is what matters, and with any pushback at the lounge entrance there should be resolved by them looking at the booking history.
