Upgrades impacted?
On a somewhat related topic, with the FAA mandated flight restrictions, has UA frozen their upgrade systems to allow impacted customers, especially in premium cabins, to shuffle around onto alternate flights? Or are the upgrade systems working as usual to clear waitlists and whatnot days ahead of departure?
