All would have been nnore acceptable had they been polite and had they said there was a capacity issue....they did not. They simply said I could not enter if I didn't buy a membership. Yes, I know there is a crisis going on with other issues but those weren't impacting lounge rules, I don't think. It's simply inexplicable how they can treat people as they did. Hope they can survive on purchased lounge memberships...that maybe where they end up. Dopn't quite buy the other crises ... staff up a couple of elite call lines....we are their bread and butter as moving humans go.
