My flight was cancelled due to the ATC impacts. I got a iOS notification telling me about it. No email, no other notification.
alaskaair.com/iOS app all showed the flight was still on-time/no impact.
Contacted AS reservations, also showing on-time/no impact as well. Until I told the agent to double-check, she had to manually go and look up the flight to confirm cancellation.
Outstanding IT as always.
