MUC-YYZ on 11/6 - potentially the best AC meal I have ever had (new poster, but very experienced flyer).
The roast beef salad was good, beef a nice medium rare.
Opted for the Thai Coconut Chicken Curry which was the star - very good. Happy to have the Garlic Bread, which the F/A ensured was always available on my plate.
The "Light Meal" before arrival was a quinoa salad. Unfortunately I lost a prawn as they were hard to get off the skewers - oops. Snack was also offered to my companion ~20 minutes after being served as they were sleeping.
Only "complaint" if I was to have one is that both the Beef & Quinoa salads had a sweet potato puree, which tasted great but was a bit of a repeat taste.
Overall very happy with this Ex-MUC catering.
Had my first experience where pax were sent down the bridge fairly quickly in MUC yesterday. Concierge in MUC did a good job keeping J and non-J pax in separate lines., Sitting in 1A was distributed menu after boarding, and had the SD check that we had headphones & amenity kits as he hadn't had a chance to confirm and I had already put these away before he checked. Although boarding & prep felt rushed, crew still managed to get a PDB before pushback.
