When making a booking (either at regular or flexi-rate) an award ticket from LON-DOH the website still shows 'Lounge access included' and 'Seat Selection Included' before you confirm the booking, but the seat selection process then tries to charge you £84 – so who knows what you do if they then refuse lounge access. But I would definitely be printing out that page from the booking process that shows everything included.
